As we move into an era shaped by artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, INTERMAX - guided by a customer-first corporate culture and a steadfast commitment to using technology for good - has leveraged RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to break down information silos. By using AI technologies such as OCR (Optical Character Recognition), NLP (Natural Language Processing), and machine learning as the platform's "brain," we have independently developed a visualized tracking platform, building an integrated digital logistics tracking system that leads the way in the digital transformation of the international logistics industry.
By simulating the interaction between people and computers, we enable rapid connectivity between internal and external systems, as well as across heterogeneous systems, allowing us to re-engineer business processes. We have integrated existing OMS/WMS/TMS/FMS, finance and taxation, customs, and terminal data, along with data from our own vehicles, containers, IoT devices, China-Europe rail freight, shipping lines, airlines, and ports - forming a comprehensive database. This gives clients centralized, visualized access to manage cargo tracking information across all transport modes, while providing company management and clients with risk alerts and decision support.
