2020
- Restructured the company and entered the digital era, focusing on providing integrated, synchronized multimodal transport solutions for industries such as international express delivery, cold chain products, and chemical goods.
2019
- Reorganized the company structure into two core operational systems: marketing and operations.
- Established a new Jiading Operations Center, responsible for logistics, operations, customs affairs, and warehousing, driving forward a digitalized operating system.
- Established the Chongqing Rail-Road Operations Center, responsible for rail and road operations and Control Tower functions.
2018
- Successfully achieved a milestone goal of operating the shortest Silk Road cold chain route from Europe to China.
- Rail transport volumes reached a remarkable historic high.
- Fully upgraded our WMS + TMS management system and launched a cloud platform service for inbound/outbound barcode scanning and GPS tracking management across the entire logistics process.
2016
- Established our Taipei branch office.
- Obtained ISO certification for quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety systems.
- Partnered with our European partner H.Esser/NSWL to advance rail infrastructure connecting China with the rest of the world, and established a rail operations center in Chongqing responsible for all international rail export operations, with a focus on developing pharmaceutical cold chain, perishable goods, and chemical goods businesses.
2012
- Registered and established our Southwest (Chongqing) branch office.

- Established our Shenzhen branch office.
- Set up bonded and non-bonded warehouses in Zhangjiagang, better supporting and managing north-south inland transport, with coverage extending to the Jiangnan Shipyard base.

- Registered and established our Shanghai company, subsequently obtaining a port operation license, Grade-A international freight forwarding agency qualification, NVOCC (non-vessel operating common carrier) qualification, foreign trade operator qualification, and customs import/export consignee/consignor qualification, among others.
